This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement that governs the relationship/agreement between globallimos.com, Exotic Limousine Inc., a1limosf.com, limousine- sacramento.com, crownlimorentals.com, exoticlimocal.com (such sites and ntities being collectively referred to herein as the “Sites,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” and the services available on such Sites being referred to herein as the “Services”) and the person/party that is using the company’s site to book the transportation services (such person will be referred to as “you” or the “customer” in this agreement).

The company does not provide any transportation services, and the company is not a transportation carrier. It is up to the third party transportation service provider, driver, or vehicle operator (collectively refereed in this contract as the transportation service provider) offer transportation which may be scheduled through the use of our website or service. The company offers information and a method to obtain such third party transportation services but does not intend to provide transportation services or act in any way as a transportation provider. The company has no responsibility or liability for any transportation services provided to you by the transportation service provider that we connect you with. The company will pass on your collected trip and billing information to the third party service. It’s your job to verify, on your own, the transportation service provider has adequate business license, insurance, and other legal requirements to carry out the transportation. Once we call you and confirm the details of the reservation, we will assign a transportation service provider to your booking. The name of the transportation service provider will be available inside your account on globallimos.com.

The break down of the charges: Once we will call & confirm all the details of the reservation with you, we will disclose the time-line & all details of the charges (the deposit & the final charge). However, the total charge will not be more than your reservation booking price. Once, all the details are confirmed with you, we will clearly disclose the cancellations policy as well. If we cannot find a transportation service provider & assign it to your reservation, you can cancel the reservation within 2 days of the booking.
